International Marconi Day, Coast Guard Station, Eastham, MA

   KM1CC will be on the air for International Marconi Day (IMD), Saturday, April 27, 2019. IMD celebrates the role Guglielmo Marconi played in the invention of radio and is a Amateur Radio event that is held annually to celebrate the birth of Marconi April 25, 1874. The event is usually held on the Saturday closest to Marconi’s birthday. KM1CC represents Marconi ‘s 1901 Wireless Station, South Wellfleet,  located in Cape Cod National Seashore. The event will be held at the Coast Guard Station, Eastham, Massachusetts. The operating schedule and frequencies to follow soon. All are welcome to attend.
